Xi is a co-founder of GOWell and has been instrumental in shaping the Company’s global strategy and resource optimization. In addition to his role with the Company, Xi has served as the executive director of HAN Petroleum Engineering Company since 2007. Prior to founding the Company, Xi founded Tong Oil Tools, an oil and gas company specializing in perforating technology development and services. As the founder, president, and chairman of Tong Oil Tools in 1992, he led the innovation and commercialization of the perforation technology and sold the business in 2004, which became public in 2011 on the Chinese stock exchange.

Guillaume has over 30 years in the energy industry, primarily in the oil and gas sector. Prior to his current role, Guillaume was the chief executive officer of Lithium de France, a new energy company leveraging technology innovation in the energy transition space, from September 2021 to March 2025. Previously, he served in various senior leadership positions in the oil & gas industry with Schlumberger (SLB), including vice president of marketing & technology between April 2018 and September 2020, and vice president of production services between July 2014 and April 2018. Guillaume began his career in 1994 as a wireline field engineer with SLB and later held international roles across operations, sales, manufacturing, and technology development. Guillaume holds an engineering degree from École Polytechnique in Paris, France.

Wenhua is a co-founder of GOWell and has previously held roles as president and CEO within the company. In addition to her roles with the Company, Wenhua has served as a director of HAN Petroleum Engineering Company since 2007. Prior to founding the Company, Wenhua served as the business development director at Tong Oil Tools from September 2001 to May 2004. Earlier in her career, she worked at the research institute of the upstream division of the China National Petroleum Corporation (“CNPC”) between September 1989 and September 1996. At CNPC, Wenhua gained extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry through information research, data gathering, and translation work.

Kevin is a Founder and Partner of Inflection Point Asset Management. Since September 2025, Kevin has served as the COO of Inflection Point V (Nasdaq: IPEX), a special purpose acquisition company which announced the signing of a definitive agreement for its initial business combination with GOWell Technology Limited. Following the completion of the business combination, Kevin will serve as a Director at GOWell Technology Limited.

Kevin has been CEO of Inflection Point VI (Nasdaq: IPFX) since December 2025 and serves as COO of Inflection Point III (Nasdaq: IPCX), a special purpose acquisition company which announced the signing of a definitive agreement for its initial business combination with Air Water Ventures Holdings Limited.

He previously served as Chief of Staff of Inflection Point II (Nasdaq: IPXX) from March 2023 until the completion of its initial business combination with USA Rare Earth, Inc. in March 2025, as Chief of Staff of Inflection Point I (Nasdaq: IPAX) from March 2021 until the completion of its initial business combination with Intuitive Machines, Inc. in February 2023, and as the COO of Inflection Point IV (Nasdaq: BACQ) from July 2025 until the completion of its initial business combination with Merlin Labs, Inc. in March 2026. In his role as COO of IPCX, BACQ and IPEX, and Chief of Staff for IPXX and IPAX, Kevin was an active participant in all target search, negotiation, and due diligence workstreams. Kevin also currently serves as Capital Markets Advisor for Intuitive Machines, Inc. and as Special Advisor to USA Rare Earth, Inc.

Prior to Inflection Point Asset Management, Kevin was a Principal at The Venture Collective from April of 2023 to March of 2024 helping to source and diligence later stage investments for the venture capital firm. Before that, Kevin was a Senior Analyst at Kingstown Capital from March of 2021 to March of 2023. Kevin began his career in Equity Capital Markets at Bank of America, spending time working across the Technology, Industrials, Equity-Linked, and SPAC teams within ECM. Kevin holds a B.A. from Colgate University.

Anna has a range of experience counseling boards and executives on corporate governance, compliance, securities, finance, and transactional matters across several industries. Anna is the senior vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary of Intuitive Machines, Inc. Before joining Intuitive Machines in 2023, Anna was Vice President of Securities and Corporate Counsel at Paysafe Limited, where she advised on securities disclosure and compliance matters, corporate governance and finance and treasury transactions. Previously, Anna served as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Marathon Oil Corporation. Anna holds a juris doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Wendy serves on the boards of directors of other public companies, including iHuman Inc. (NYSE: IH) since October 2020, and Burning Rock Biotech Limited (Nasdaq: BNR) since June 2020. Previously Wendy served as the Inspections Leader at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in the United States. Prior to that, Wendy was an audit partner at Deloitte (China). Wendy received her bachelor’s degree in international finance from University of International Business and Economics in 1991, and her executive Master of Business Administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2012. Wendy was a Fellow of Advanced Leadership Initiatives at Harvard University from 2021 to 2022.

Imran is currently a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Titanium Innovation Investments, a specialized early-stage digitally focused venture capital fund targeting the industrial and energy technology markets. He has over 30 years of experience in the Energy sector and has been involved in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry for nearly 10 years. Prior to forming Titanium, Imran was a Managing Director at CSL Capital Management, a Private Equity firm, from January 2019 to June 2025.

Before CSL, Imran was with Schlumberger (SLB) and held senior management positions such as Vice President Venture Fund, Vice President & Treasurer, Schlumberger Limited Financial Controller, President Reservoir Characterization Group, President of Middle East & Asia and President of Drilling and Measurements. He joined Schlumberger as a Wireline and Testing Field Engineer and has worked for the company in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Far East.

Imran has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Sciences and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both degrees from the California Institute of Technology, and currently also serves as a Director at Stratum Reservoir and Mathevon Incorporated.
