GOWell Announces Appointment of Sébastien Roche as CTO-Designate

GOWell is pleased to announce that Sébastien Roche has joined the organization as CTO-Designate. Mr. Roche will begin working with the team immediately and will formally assume the role of Chief Technology Officer upon his relocation to Singapore.

With over two decades of extensive experience in the industry and oil and gas sectors, Sébastien brings a wealth of technical expertise and strategic leadership to GOWell. His appointment represents a significant milestone in the company's continued growth and technological advancement.

Distinguished Career in Technology and Operations

Sébastien Roche has built an impressive career spanning more than 15 years with SLB, where he held various international roles across sales, operations management, and digital technology product management. This diverse experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and technological challenges facing the industry today.

A graduate of the prestigious Arts et Métiers institutions, Sébastien began his professional journey with Ford Motor Company, where he developed his foundational expertise in industrial operations and engineering excellence.

Entrepreneurial Innovation in Industrial Technology

Most recently, Sébastien co-founded JLL.SPEAR, a technology company specializing in monitoring industrial and energy infrastructures. At JLL.SPEAR, he played a pivotal role in developing advanced machine learning, artificial intelligence, and IoT systems that enable adaptive, data-driven decision-making and predictive maintenance optimization. This entrepreneurial experience demonstrates his ability to translate technical innovation into practical solutions that address real-world industrial challenges.
